Howard A. Belford Our founder, my father, Howard A. Belford open Fire Brake Company, Inc. in 1962 at the age of 41 and work hard to supply the local fire companies with good equipment at a fair prices. As the Company became larger he hired several Firemen to work for him over the years. In 1998 we open the Safety and Apparel Div. ( head to toe equipment for Firefighters ) In the year, 2002 we split the Safety Apparel Div. into a new company ( Fire Safety & Apparel, Inc. ) In the year 2004 we opened the Bowling Green KY. office, my father past away at the age of 80 a little over 4 years ago. He will be missed!
